You can be my father figure…
On occasion I have the opportunity to rub elbows with what some may claim are "famous" individuals. For the most part these individuals are musicians, however, on rare occasions I have the chance to meet cross-over artists such as my pal, Tony Hopkins. As you can see from the photo below he is clearly gazing intently into my soul as those around us are captivated by our deep and meaningful telepathic connection. Too bad he met his wife, Stella, first… he CLEARLY has a thing for me. I hope she’s not jealous. I could feel her penetrating eyes in the back of my head whilst he looked deep into the dark corners of my mind… but I didn’t care, glare away, Stella baby, your Tony will one day be mine. Who cares that he is ten years older than my father?
You can be my father figure
Put my tiny hand in yours
You can be my preacher teacher
Anything you have in mind
You can be my father figure
I have had enough of crime
You can be the one who loves me
Until the end of time
I hear that Tony Bennett is married to a younger woman… and he is TWENTY years older than my father. I don’t have a photo of Tony Bennett gazing soulfully into my eyes but I swear he was singing "Ca, C’est L’Amour" as he gazed into my baby blue eyes at his concert the other evening.
That’s right, you know what that is, that’s, that’s love, that is
(Ca c’est, ca c’est l’amour)
Ca c’est, ca c’est l’amour

The photo wasn’t there! I’m bummed. . .
